Part One.
All human experience is in a constant state of creation or dis-creation. What happens, though, for many people, is twofold:
One, the belief that creation is superior to dis-creation, also known as destruction. What is wrong with destruction? Destruction begets creation. We are programmed and enculturated to favor creation. But don't the leaves turn yellow in autumn and then fall to the earth, leaving the trees bare, to cushion the floor of the forest in order to help feed the trees and other plants for another year and ready the tree for its next growth cycle? The trees need the leaves they drop in order to keep living. That is a form of destruction that is celebrated! People photograph and Instagram the colorful dying leaves, and take special trips just to see them. Dying leaves. Celebrating destruction. Why don't we do this with other forms of destruction? We chain ourselves to trees in the paths of bulldozers, the area intended to construct new homes to house growing families. Trees are felled to make room for people. Is that not the same destruction-creation cycle?
It is the same with humans. Cells in the body renew themselves regularly, given the required energy. Cells die all the time, to be replaced with new cells. We don't think much about it. There is a constant creation-destruction cycle taking place inside our bodies and we're oblivious to it. No Instagram. No chains and protest signs. It just happens.
We fear destruction because to us, it feels like death. Millennia of human mythology centers on death. We have convinced ourselves that death is final, or that we enter a wonderful fantasy world upon death, instead of acknowledging death as the ultimate ease, power, and freedom.
We fear death because it feels unknown. We think we can't control our experience.
What if we could? (we can) Again, can you imagine the ultimate world of ease, power, and freedom? What would exist there? Colors, smells, tastes, sensations. Feel it. Make it as real as you can. Keep building this world, your imaginary magical "death world", and imagine yourself there. What does it feel like? Imagine your feet on the ground. Really feel it. Are there people there? Buildings? What's the ambient temperature like? Is there a breeze? What sounds do you hear?
Now return to this imaginary world every day. Keep building it and feeling it. This is your first task.
Part Two.
You may wrestle with a belief that you have little power over what happens with your body. Your heart beats, you breathe, your liver and muscles do what livers and muscles do. You're just a spectator, a victim perhaps, to your own experience. Your body goes along doing what bodies do without you having to do much to keep it going. Eat, sleep, breathe, poop.
Sure, maybe you can influence things with your body here and there, swallowing supplements, eating more in alignment with your body's health needs, but all those things are actually only a small part of your overall health picture if you don't believe that change — immediate change, without toil — is possible.
Do you not see that you are a master of creation? That you are the star in your very own show, and that you can change the lines, the characters, the setting, the premise, AT ANY TIME? You are the most powerful being in your universe, and you therefore have the power to change anything at anytime.
Except, of course, you don't. You think you don’t, that is. Life seems so REAL, doesn't it? That's because you've essentially hypnotized yourself into believing it IS real and is not the malleable mix of molecules and particles, vibrating at various speeds, that it is. You've been taught this.
It feels impossible, doesn't it, to move out of the comfortable (familiar, anyway) trap you've built around yourself.
Part Three.
What if NONE of it was anything but your active and detailed imagination except your very essence itself? What if YOU were the God who created all that you see? Then wouldn't you have all the power you need to make changes to your chosen human experience as you see fit? Wouldn't you grant yourself all the ease, power, and freedom you wanted? What's stopping you?
Do you believe it's possible?
Do you think you deserve it?
Do you prefer to give to others ?
Dig deep. If you don't have immediate resonance with the concept that you are the most powerful being in your universe and therefore have the ability to make big changes, including reversing or completely healing serious health challenges, then you may have an underlying belief or emotional block that prevents you from fully entering the world of ease, power, and freedom. You can overcome these blocks.
Understand that this is advanced work. It's helpful when beginning this particular adventure into creation and dis-creation to compose a list of your underlying beliefs. They may be tricky to find at first, but keep digging. They're there. Cultural beliefs. Familial beliefs. Beliefs from trauma, or even just from what that guy said to you in the line at Starbucks the other day. List them, stalk them, seek to understand them and their origin.
And then let them go.
You are not your beliefs.
You are a miracle, a god masquerading as a human-shaped vibration of light for the simple purpose of experiencing the physical plane in order to grow god. Essentially, to grow your Self.
So why not make it more fun?
You are only bound by the shackles of your own imagination.
A whole lot of change all at once can feel extremely unsettling for some people. Scary, even. If it's unexpected, it can make a person doubt their sanity. Conscious change, with the knowledge and sense that you're completely aware, is optimal.
Another effective approach is gradual change, still very conscious, a little each day. It's helpful to log the changes and refer to them nightly, so that energetically you can hold the energy of all changes as they come so that you don't inadvertently revert to your "old world". You see, then, that this method requires a measure of mindful discipline — but you have the capability. It's within your hands.
It's primarily a matter of choosing: do you have the courage to create and master your future world or are you content to just allow your life to happen as it does? Remember there is no "right" answer. There are only choices and consequences of choices.
