You are here in this life to learn. Everyone came here for the same reason — to learn more about being a human inside a body. You are bound to make mistakes — that is how you learn! You do not have to do things “right”. You do not have to do things at all. Not doing things is a valid choice by which you will learn. 

Every choice you make leads to learning, even if you do not think you have learned anything from it. You always have options. There is no right answer, only what feels most aligned for you in a given moment. And if you choose something else, that is okay because you will learn from it.

Be compassionate to yourself. You are here to be as human as possible, and being human means making many mistakes, over and over. You will always make mistakes. It is not possible to do everything “right”. It is only possible to lean in to your human-ness.
